1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept return or refund requests if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- You provide photo or video proof of the issue (if applicable).
- The item is not part of the non-returnable categories (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective:
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Opened accessories or used items
- Customized or special-order products
- Discounted or clearance items (final sale)
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return/refund.
- Attach photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process.
4. Return Shipping
- If your return is approved, we will arrange a courier pickup or ask you to return the product via a trusted local courier.
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to change of mind, the customer pays the return shipping.
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit after confirming your bank details.
6. Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, mention it in your return request.
- Exchanges depend on product availability.
- We will guide you through the exchange process if eligible.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can follow the return process after receiving the item.
